1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon agave


Hydrating Smoothie


- 4 ounces water
- 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut


Green Summer Smoothie



- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups ice



Antioxidant Smoothie



-1 peach
-2 tablespoons hass avacado
- 1/3 cup strawberry
- 3/4 cup organic greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon grape seed oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon high-quality raw honey
- 1/2 banana

Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
- 1 cup plain Greek 2% yogurt

Directions

1. Combine the first 5  ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes or until smooth
2. Add yogurt, process just until blended
Note: Serve immediately for optimal taste


Dark Chocolate Blueberry

- 2 cups spinach

- 1 frozen scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 3/4 cup low-fat chocolate milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes

Six Herb Botanical Juice

Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp dried lemongrass
- 2 tbsp dried rose hips
- 2 tbsp hibiscus flowers
- 2 tbsp chamomile flowers
- 2 tsp dried peppermint leaves
- 3 cup freshly juiced apple juice

Directions

1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot over high heat. Remove from heat
2. Add herb, stir well, and allow to steep for 20 minutes. Strain well.
3. Add juice and mix well. Add sweetener to taste and mix well.
4. Pour into four glasses with ice.

Cleansing Cocktail

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup wheat grass or parsley
- 3 carrots
- 1 apple, cut into wedges
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 beet with top

Directions

1. Bunch up wheat grass, and push it through juicer with the aid of a carrot
2. Alternate feeding remaining ingredients into the juicer to ensure proper mixing. 

Fresh Fig and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado, seed removed and chopped
- 6-8 fresh figs, washed and quartered
- 1 lemon, peel and seeds removed
- 4 tbsp Udo's oil
- 2 1/2 cups water
- handful of raw almonds
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of cayenne (optional)

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend well
2. Pour into individual glasses and serve
Season's End Detox Juice

Ingredients
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 large orange, peeled and quartered
- 2 medium apples, cored and quartered
- 3 medium beets, quartered
- 1 1/2-inch knob of ginger - or to taste
- 3 medium carrots, sliced lengthwise, tops removed
Directions
1. Measure chia seeds, if using, into the bottom of the juice receptacle
2. Juice remaining ingredients. 
3. Wisk juice and chia seeds together. Let sit for five minutes so chia gel can form before enjoying
